Fabulous new 2 bedrooms apartment in a brand new building, located in the heart of the downtown area, the historical Rua do Almada!

The Space:
This is a brand new apartment, inaugurated in August 2019 located in very good location and with all the amenities and comfort you would expect.
The furniture were all carefully selected and hand made to create more coziness to the place and so all our guests feel more like at home.
One of the rooms is an ensuite bedroom with a 160x200 bed and the other room serves twin beds 90x200 (one is stored under the other). There is a complete bathroom with a shower to serve this bedroom.

Guest Access:
This amazing apartment is located on the 1st floor. There is elevator access.
Access is granted by Keys which are provided to each guest personally and upon arrival.
We charge 20€ for every check in after 8pm.
Please remember we are not a Hotel and therefore there is no reception neither someone in the property. We will always ask for your estimated time of arrival so we can coordinate your welcoming in person and provide all the information and answer to all your questions.
We are available on Whatsapp and will be always connected to you in case you need anything and are 24/7 available on call.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of town, close to all the main attractions, sigh seeings and great restaurants. A step away from Aliados avenue and Trindade metro station! This part of downtown offers wide range of services, whether in restaurants, grocery stores or small shopping centers.

Getting Around:
If you Arrive in Porto by PLANE- AIRPORT FRANCISCO SÁ CARNEIRO.
It is possible to get to the city center by our Transfer service, metro, bus or by car/taxi.
TRANSFER SERVICE:
Easiest way to get to us! Very practical and no need to wait in lines. We will give your contact to the driver and he will get in touch with you directly to coordinate your meeting point - €30 up to 4 guests - fixed price and you pay directly to the driver.
METRO- 30 Minutes
From Porto Airport- Francisco Sá Carneiro- take Metro Line E in direction to Estádio do Dragão. Get
off at Trindade Metro Station.
Once you get off the metro, it's a 5min walk.

From Porto Airport.
Between 6h00 AM to 8h45 PM, take Bus 602 direction Cordoaria.
From Cordoaria, walk for about 20min.
Between 00H30 and 05H30, take Bus 3M direction Avenida Aliados.
From Avenida dos Aliados, head up to our street.

From the Campanhã Railway Station (located outside the city center) you can take :
Metro any line to Trindade. Then just take a walk of 5 minutes.

The apartment is located on a quieter stretch of almada, but just steps from plenty of bars, restaurants, and the Trindade metro station. The rooms and bathrooms are very compact, but the living area is very comfortable. Very clean. Elevator, wifi, and A/C worked great.

Our sanctuary during some dicey weather. Management was accommodating considering changes in our arrival time, and the proximity to a grocery, pharmacy and the Metro were terrific, though they required an uphill return walk which might not suit all guests.
