That's right, you'll be within walking distance of the beach via your own private beach access, and there are even partial ocean views right from the backyard. Head over and enjoy the beachside pool and clubhouse or any of the 11 shared pools (five of which are heated) throughout the neighborhood. There are also community tennis courts, four pickleball courts, a fitness room, an outdoor shower to rinse away the beach sand, and putt-putt golf to enjoy during your stay.

Inside this lovely townhouse, log in and watch your own streaming services on the smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals and enjoying them outside on the furnished back patio. A private washer and dryer add to the convenience. When everyone's winding down, sip cold beverages in Adirondack chairs on the upstairs balcony. Room-darkening shades and central air conditioning will help ensure everyone has the best sleep possible. The best of all worlds is possible in this light-filled townhouse close to the sea.

Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, five miles away! The SkyWheel Panama City Beach offers great views of the Gulf of Mexico. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just over one mile from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area. Head just over six miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach, visit St. Andrews State Park, and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Or, board a ferry to Shell Island - it’s only accessible by boat!

Things to Know

Beach towels and numerous beach supplies are provided, including a beach wagon to transport it all.

No watercraft, trailers, campers, motorhomes, commercial vehicles, or oversized vehicles are allowed to be parked in the two designated parking spots or anywhere else on the property.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: Exterior Ring doorbell cameras are installed in the front and back porch.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
