About this house rental
Large and roomy townhouse located in family friendly Gulf Highlands, in the heart of Panama City Beach. Two bedrooms upstairs, each with their own private bathroom and large shower. Two parking spaces are located just outside your front door. Large pool just steps away. The beach is a 3-5 minute walk, where there is a private beach front pool, deck, lounge chairs, and newly renovated bar/grill.

We had a great time at this property. We liked how convenient the community and this particular unit was to the largest pool and the beach. 2 minutes to pool and like 5-7 minutes to beach. It was also in a nice part of PCB and convenient to so many restaurants and attractions, several were within walking distance. Having the pool and restaurant at the beach was nice too for bathrooms, a snack and quick access to the beach. The property website said that there were several pools heated seasonally but we visited the first week in April when it was still somewhat chilly depending on the day and the pools were not heated so we never actually swam. The master bedroom and living room were huge and the second bedroom was a decent size. The unit was well stocked with everything that you would need. More stocked than any other property that I have ever stayed at. There was plenty of storage space so you could really unpack and make yourself at home for the week. There was 2 beach wagons. 3-4 foldable and easy to carry beach chairs, noodles, floats, a cooler, golf clubs for the Putt-putt at the property. There was even seasoning and other ingredients in the kitchen that most properties never have. There were even extra fans in the closets in case you got hot which I appreciated from other experiences I have had at other properties. The only thing that we were missing was a hair dryer, but luckily my son had brought one. The owner was very nice and super responsive. We loved our time!

The townhome had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Enjoyed the large pool and a short walk to the beach. Jeff was easy to work with, communication was excellent. I hope to stay at another time.

Wonderful property. There are many small pools on the property for those wishing to avoid children, and one main pool where the majority of families with children swam. The beach is beautiful.
