Deux terrasses bien situées de chaque côté de la maison, maison fonctionnelle, bien située par rapport au centre ville et proximité de tous les commerces de base : supermarchés, pharmacie, magasin de sports, boulangerie et un quartier calme et fleuri.
Quelques rafraîchissements à faire dans la décoration et dans la salle de bains.
