The space
You will enjoy and appreciate the spacious open concept living room with floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the ocean and the old town Vallarta. Your spectacular private terrace "At the Top of the World" overlooks beautiful Bay of Banderas Bay, the world famous Los Muertos Pier and the Beach. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views and most incredible sunsets in the evening, while you sip a glass of your favorite wine. This area is ideal for relaxing or entertaining.
Walk to farmers market to buy local produce. Enjoy cooking your favorite meal in your fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Nespresso Coffee machine, and marble counter-tops including a large marble peninsula. The peninsula overlooks the spacious living area with diffused LED lighting which creates a soft and elegant environment and a comfortable leather sectional sofa.

Alex from Casa Hill was great, communicative pre/during/post. He and the front desk were very welcoming. The views from the pad were amazing. Have to be one of the best views in the area while be so close to the beach. The rooftop pool was amazing, clean, big, 2 hot tubs within the pool, drink service, crazy view, clean, quiet, etc. You could see other rooftop pools and nothing compared to ours. The only reason I did not give the location/neighborhood a 5 was there were some guys that came up to us on the streets trying to sell us bad stuff(they have nothing to do with the building and were harmless, but it was annoying). Condo located right in the heart of the Romantic Zone within walking distance to the beach, Malecon, and numerous restaurants and shops. The views from this condo are breathtaking. The pool is amazing -- huge, relaxing, with a bar. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Only con is that it was noisy at night as you can hear all the street noises (people talking and loud music). Everything does shut down at 2 am so if you are not an early sleeper its not really an issue.

The location, condo, and building amenities are amazing. It’s an easy walk to restaurants, beach, bars and other entertainment. You will love the infinity pool, rooftop bar, and views especially the sunset and fireworks. Highly recommend.
