The Space:
Welcome back to beautiful Puerto Vallarta
As you can see online, including recent videos from travelers and influencers like Nick Guillory, the city is fully back to normal and shining again. Authorities responded immediately and efficiently. Any temporary one-day disruptions were resolved quickly, and normal operations were restored without lasting impact on the destination.
All our buildings are fully operational, the international airport is running on schedule, and our concierge team is excited to welcome and assist you. The beaches, restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere that make Vallarta so special are here, safe and thriving.

* Master bedroom: comes with 1 king-size bed, and a full private bathroom with bathtub. We provide Soap 50g, Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel & Body Lotion. Also, you'll find a closet with a safe, hangers, a first aid kit, a hairdryer, extra toilet paper, and an iron & iron board.
*2nd bedroom: 1 king-size wall bed, and a private full bathroom. We provide Soap 50g, Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel & Body Lotion.
* Kitchen: fully equipped, with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, and glassware. We also provide olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, kitchen towels, and paper towels.

This apartment has a great location in the Romantic Zone and near Beach Los Muertos. With a breathtaking ocean view, you'll have sunset views every day. Located in the heights, you'll have the best of both worlds, mountains, and sea.
In La Zona Romantica, you'll be surrounded by awesome restaurants like La Palapa, Margarita's Grill, Joe Jacks Fish Shack, Pancho's Takos, Daiquiri Dick's, Cafe de Olla, Freddy's Tucan, The Pancake House, great bars and nightclubs.
The Neighborhood:
This 9th-floor apartment, located in an incredible Building (SOHO PV) in Puerto Vallarta, is just a few minutes away from beaches, restaurants, bars, theater, discos, spas, salons, ATMs, grocery stores, pharmacies, hospitals...! And important to mention, that the building is pretty safe and quiet.
If you are looking for relaxing and enjoying bath-sun, this is a place for you!

Uber and taxis are available in the area anytime.
If you require Airport transportation, we have a suburban available for $120 USD. Just let us know if you want the service.
If you have a car, we include private parking with your stay and 24/7 Security.
Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN: From 3:00 PM. Your concierge will welcome you in the lobby.
CHECK-OUT: At 11:00 AM. Please wait for your concierge to return the keys and check the apartment.
CLEANING: Scheduled cleaning is included in your stay (exceptions may apply).
PETS: ONLY Service animals are admitted with official documentation. $120 USD pet fee per stay.
GARDENING: You must allow the gardeners to enter; otherwise, a $20 USD fee will be charged for each day they are not allowed access.
VISITORS: Max 2 visitors allowed (not overnight). Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee.
ENERGY USAGE:
Your stay includes 25 kWh/day. Help us save energy by turning off lights and A/C when not in use.
The unit has NEST AC controllers – we’ll gladly show you how they work.
Recommended settings: 22–24°C (72–75°F), turn off when leaving the apartment. If you set the AC below 72°F, the system will automatically shut off for safety reasons.

– Smoking is strictly forbidden inside

Smoking indoors → $200 USD (professional deodorization)
Unauthorized overnight guests → $200 USD/night per person
Excessive noise or unauthorized party → $150 USD + possible eviction
Biological waste (e.g., excrement outside toilet, used condoms) → $300 USD (specialized disinfection)
Parties, drugs, or prostitution → $500 USD fine + immediate report

This is a beautiful property with incredible views of the city, 5-10 minute walk to restaurants & bars, unreal rooftop pool and modern facilities.
We were worried about the noise levels based on other reviews - the traffic was certainly loud but comparable to a typical stay in a busy city. When the windows were closed, we couldn’t hear anything.
The prices for drinks at the rooftop bar were in line with CA / NYC prices averaging $12-15/drink but they were made well & the service was exceptional.
We would return to this building & unit for future stays!

The unit we rented was excellent. The rooftop bar, pool and restaurant top notch. Best rooftop in PV. Only thing I would say negatively is having to cross the street to go anywhere. Street is so busy. Great job SoHo!

Overall, a great stay. Breathtaking views, three different balconies, amazing rooftop that always had either a lounger or bed available. Condo had all necessities for a longer stay, including coffee and a coffee maker, dishes, full kitchen, laundry…Did not give five stars because:-we could not bring our own food or drinks to the rooftop; forced to buy their significantly overpriced food and drinks -there was no hot water in bathroom sinks and kitchen sink (but lots for showers)-housekeeping every two days seemed excessive (we did mention we didn’t need it that much)-significant noise from highway right below-forced to wear a wrist band for the entire stay (common for hotels in PV but I didn’t expect this for a condo)
