Just 4 blocks from the beach in a quiet neighborhood, yet easy reach of vibrant nightlife and delectable restaurants in the gay-friendly Zona Romantica.
The space
For your comfort, new air conditioning and ceiling fans are in all rooms. To keep you connected, a high-speed wi-fi fiber internet mesh is available. And all four Smart TVs are Roku-enabled so you can access your favorite apps.
Kitchen, Dining & Living Room
The open kitchen is well equipped to support your culinary needs. Upgraded appliances including a large fridge with water and ice dispenser, a 5-burner gas stove and oven, dishwasher, and wine fridge. All the gadgets and gizmos you’d need to prepare your favorite dish is available. Optionally, you can hire a chef for dining at home.
The dining room is perfect for entertaining with a custom parota wood dining table. The large smart TV can be viewed from the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living room features modern and very comfortable seating options perfect for relaxing. The open concept of this entire room makes for a very enjoyable experience and overlooks the expansive terrace.
Outdoor Space
Along the entire length of the condo is a beautiful wide terrace looking out on the charming neighborhood and nearby green mountains. The terrace wraps around the home, overlooking the pool and its surrounding garden. Dine on the terrace dining table or chill out on the comfortable lounge area. Ceiling fans will keep things cool and comfy. The terrace is accessible from the living and dining room as well as the main bedroom suite.
Penthouse Suite
The spacious primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a new luxurious Sealy Posturepedic Memory Foam mattress, large walk-in closet with dresser and a safe, desk, blackout shades, and a 50" smart TV and dresser. Its ensuite modern bathroom has double sinks, walk-in glass spa shower, and large tub. This bedroom has direct access to the terrace.
Mountain Suite
The equally spacious secondary bedroom also has a king-size bed with a new luxurious Sealy Posturepedic Memory Foam mattress, spacious closets with built-in dressers and safe, adjustable standing desk, blackout shades, and a 50" smart TV. Its ensuite modern bathroom has a large walk-in glass spa shower.
Guest Bedroom
The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with a new luxurious Sealy Posturepedic Memory Foam mattress, closet and safe, working desk, and a 43" smart TV. This bedroom has an adjacent modern bathroom with a walk-in glass spa shower.
Remote Working
If you have to work from paradise, we have you covered. A fully-electric standing desk with USB-C ports is available, along with a 27-inch 4K monitor and a wi-fi color printer/scanner. Wi-Fi and Cat-6 network connections are both available to keep you connected.
Pool
The tropical garden pool is heated when necessary along with a relaxing hot tub. Towels are provided for your use at the pool or the beach. Lounge chairs and a palapa are available for sun and shade.
Guest access
Street level sidewalk and garage entrances allows for access to the elevator and penthouse without the need for stairs. But, if you'd rather get your steps in for the day, wraparound stairs are easily accessible next to the elevators. Your choice, we won't judge.
Notice
Due to the growth of Puerto Vallarta, construction is a way of life in the popular Zona Romántica. A condo construction project is currently taking place behind our complex. Although construction generally takes place during regular working hours, we have no control over the schedule for this property unassociated with our complex.

Other than minor delay in someone coming to check us in, everything was great. The condo is beautifully remodelled with every amenity you could want. Owners were very responsive and we upfront about the building going on next door. I suspect the rate we got took that into consideration for this amazing 3 bedroom condo. We needed to stay two more days due to illness and they were very supportive and accomodating. Highly recommend it

This property was amazing! They have everything you need! They even had coffee creamer and sugar packets! We had a wonderful time and the location is perfect! As mentioned in the description there is construction going on and it was loud but you are right in the city so you should expect noise anyway! The ONLY thing negative I have to say is that the neighbor was less than pleasant. There were 4 of us staying at the property two in their late 40’s and two mid 70’s we were walking back to the place at 3:43 in the afternoon and she came out of her place to tell us we were being very disrespectful because we were to loud. Mind you there is a busy road and construction going on but us having a conversation in the walkway was disrespectful! I know this is no reflection of the owners but watch out for Karen next door! You have to be silent not quiet!

What a wonderful place to stay in PV! The condo is large and comfortable. Very well equipped with everything you might need. There's a new construction project going on next door which is noisy but not overwhelming. We deeply appreciated the hosts upfrontness about the noise. The on site crew from PVRPV were very helpful, especially Alan.

Very nice, clean, recently renovated condo, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities. Per accurate description, we were aware of absence of sea view and roof top patio, which did not matter to us. Despite our group of 4 having to wait over 1 hour at main gate in mid day sun, and not until I recognized and flagged a PVRPV vehicle driving by and someone from that firm to be dispatched to our building that we were able to check-in. PVRPV did not have our names, flight info, etc. and were unaware of our reservation at this location. Despite the obvious miscommunication between the hosts and the property management company, we all very much enjoyed our 11 nights' stay. The place is beautiful. We give it a 5 stars!
