Adequate lodgings if you do not require peace and quiet

A large, pleasant room with a comfortable bed and a sink.

The description indicated that parties are held in the restaurant on the weekends. The Friday night I was there the large party lasted until 1am There was also a very boisterous afternoon party on Saturday. The building has next to no sound isolation, so noise levels were extremely high. Since I was away most of the time and only returned late, it wasn't so much of a problem. However, in the neighborhood there is some kind of race car circuit and one could hear the sound of cars racing at high speed until very late in the night. One more thing: the room has a problem with mosquitos, even in October, when I was there. Apparently there is standing water directly adjacent to the building. Both nights I woke up in the middle of the night with skin itching from mosquito bites.

Very good

The room is worth its cheap price. You just have to aware that there is a VMC (mechanical ventilation system) and if in use, it makes a continuing noise. So either you use earplugs, either you ask the staff to turn it off when they close the restaurant. Otherwise, it might get annoying - unless you're a sound sleeper :-)

Easygoing, comfortable and friendly location for a weekend trip in Mouscron

Very friendly staff, good communication with the owner, the room and services are exactly as it was mentioned in the description, very good restaurant service available (late breakfast/lunch/dinner). Nice terrace and easy to reach by bike and car.

Quiet, spacious room just outside Mouscron

The owner was amazing, came and picked me up from the station and then took me to my destination after I checked in and got oriented to the hotel. Very quiet and as I was alone in the entire place, it was very peaceful.

Location is hard to get to without transportation, a few of KM outside of Mouscron. Now that I have a better sense of the bus route, it's easier, but there were no taxis as far as I could tell, but the locals were more than happy to offer rides, which was incredible.

Mauvais suivi des réservations

J'ai effectué une réservation qui n'a pas été prise en compte. Et la chambre à été attribuée à un employé. Le propriétaire nous a trouvé un autre hôtel en ville et à réglé le surplus .le problème a été géré mais non sans cafouillage et au dernier moment . Ce contre temps nous a mis en retard à notre soirée. Pas très sérieux. Nous ne reviendrons pas. De plus la personne du restaurant qui nous a accueuillis n'était pas sympa.

Uitstekende locatie!

Ruime en nette kamer, zeer vriendelijke eigenaar en ditto personeel, zeer verzorgd ontbijt. Op het moment dat wij daar verbleven was er een karaoke avond in het restaurant beneden maar daar waren we op voorhand van op de hoogte gebracht door de uitbater.

De douches en toiletten zijn beneden, dus dat is minder handig als je 's nachts naar het toilet moet, de douches zijn eerder camping-stijl.

J'ai réservé sans connaître l'établissement. Il est très proches de la France et du centre de Mouscron. Le propriétaire est venu m'accueillir, car ne loge pas sur place. L'accueil fut immédiatement chaleureux, il vous met à l'aise immédiatement, et est très avenant, disponible pour que votre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. J'en profite pour le remercier... La chambre correspond bien à son descriptif, literie très correcte, TV grand écran dans la chambre ce qui est plutôt rare. L'espace de vie est suffisant pour ne pas se sentir cloisonné. Les commodités sont très propres, une vrai douche, vous n'avez juste qu'à prendre votre serviette qui est mise à disposition. Vous disposez d'un frigo top, et d'un micro ondes a l'extérieur de la chambre La cerise sur le gâteau est que sur place, vous avez 1 restaurant qui propose une carte très variée, avec un plat du jour le midi à prix très abordable. L'espace de restauration est d'une décoration chaleureuse qui a la vue sur une superbe terrasse en bois, avec immense jardin équipé de jeux pour enfants, tyrolienne, parcours d'escalade, etc.. Pour les passionnés du "tu tires ou tu pointes" une belle piste de jeu de boules vous attend... La cuisine est élaborée par 1 chef très pro qui maîtrise son métier, produits frais et de qualité. L'équipe est plus que sympathique, très chaleureuse, et conviviale. Je conseille vivement, vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous. Merci a toute la team pour cet agréable moment !!

Als würde man bei einem Freund übernachten. Perfekt für 1-2 Tage. Nett und sauber.

Schönes großes Zimmer für 2 Personen, direkt beim Restaurant. Freundliche Angestellte und Gäste. Der Parkplatz ist auch für Camper gross genug, LKW passen dort nicht hin. Hinterm Haus ist ein aussergewöhnlicher Spielplatz mit Klettermöglichkeit. Es kann sehr ruhig sein, wenn die Klimaanlage aus ist. Alles ist aus Holz gebaut.

Nicht Negativ, man kann damit leben: das Türschloss vom Zimmer funktioniert nicht, Es ist unterm Dach, daher im Sommer aufgeheizt, Die Klimaanlage ist improvisiert und zu schwach, aber laut ;-) Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher sind auf dem Flur und werden mit dem anderen Zimmer geteilt. Für WC oder Dusche muss man eine steile Treppe hinunter, daran muss man sich erst gewöhnen.
