The apartment has everything you could want. It's hard to imagine a better location - literally right on the sea, overlooking the spectacular bay, with a lovely sand beach just minutes away. It's in the old town (so you will need to park elsewhere if you have a car, but that's easy enough and just a short walk away). All the attractive charms of Vieste are just a few steps away, and everything is within easy walking distance. Vieste is like the ideal, delightful Italian seaside town of your dreams: with a beautiful beach, lovely views and endless scenery, with lots of old world charm, seafood restaurants and gelato everywhere, yet somehow this town is not completely overwhelmed with tourists (sshhh...don't tell everyone!). Mariella is a wonderful host and her place is as perfect. We will be back!

Location location location! Mariella's cute studio apartment with rooftop terrace is located perfectly, literally overlooking the ocean, and it has sweeping views across the bay to the lighthouse and more. Although it's just steps from restaurants, shops and other amenities, it's VERY well soundproofed, so is completely quiet at night (I'm a light sleeper), and you can even sleep with the windows open and listen the soothing sound of the sea crashing on the rocks outside your window. It's a blissful, magical place. The roof-top terrace is spectacular and utterly swoon-worthy. The space is compact and cozy, but has everything you need for a lovely visit to this cool little seaside city. This place is a real find and an absolute gem. You are lucky if you can book it.
It was perfect. We were sad to leave.

We had a wonderful stay with Mariella at her cute place in Vieste. The location is absolutely perfect, the space is comfy, cozy, and extremely pleasant. But I was most impressed with our host, Mariella. She treated us with such kindness! She and her husband "rescued" us when we arrived very late and lost, looking for a place to park. She actually found us (in our car) across town, as we were trying to figure out where we were. Not only that, she even presented us with a home-baked lemon tart (very delicious, we greatly enjoyed it). Her kindness and helpfulness were amazing. The little house is wonderful, comfortable, and absolutely perfect for our stay. I want to go back - and you will love it!
