The location and view was amazing. I got a little lost, but our host found us and walked us to the property. She was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful with any questions about the area. The property was very clean and modern with plenty of storage space, equipped with ample towels and soap. It was very comfortable and convenient for a family of four. We also appreciated the kind gestures, including snacks and water. The A/Cs on both floors was a bonus during the hot July days. We loved the juliet balcony upstairs. The 1st level is ground floor with no natural light, but the upstairs has it when you open the balcony doors. There is a low ceiling area when climbing the stairs, so need to be mindful of that. Upon request overnight private parking was provided by the host for 10€/daily. If it wasn’t so hot the trek (10-12mins) with luggage wouldn’t have been painful, had to walk up/down a lot of stairs. Overall while it was the most expensive accommodation of our Italian coastal vacation, the property is centrally located, the Vieste beach (15mins walk) has soft sand, shallow and warm waters (not crowded like Monterosso), and we were fortunate to watch a fun late night dance competition. Vieste, thus far, is one of our favorites.
The walk-in rain shower is a nice modern touch, but the water splattered outward onto the floor. The handheld part of the shower was unusable because the water splattered out everywhere. Fortunately the kids were able to bathe comfortably in the freestanding tub upstairs.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut und der Blick vom Balkon traumhaft schön. Ich habe vor Anreise Informationen zum Check-in, Parkplatz für das Auto, Restaurantempfehlungen, Ausstellungen und Tipps für Ausflüge erhalten. Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos und wir wurden sehr freundlich zum Check-in empfangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Posizione fantastica con affaccio sul mare.
In struttura era tutto perfetto.
L’unico problema che trovare parcheggio vicino al centro storico anche a maggio è stato un problema.
