La Golden View

The roof terrace was nice. Shame about the weather… Our host was very good at communicating and provided good information.

The 7 flights of stairs, no elevator. Coupled with the only nearby parking being up a huge external flight of stairs, it was a serious chore moving in and out. Likewise, lots of stairs to get to the lower town. Given the effort involved, it would be as easy to stay in the old town, even though you cannot park in there. We also had difficulty getting into the property as the remote control for the host to open the front door to the apartment block was not working. We only got in eventually because someone left the building. I assume this will be fixed. A toaster in the kitchen would be useful.

Der Ausblick von der riesigen Dachterrasse ist atemberaubend. Die Wohnung selber ist geräumig, hell und gut ausgestattet. Sie ist nur wenige Gehminuten oberhalb des alten Stadtzentrums gelegen, wo sich unzählige Bars, Cafés und Restaurants befinden. Wir hatten eine super Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.
