La habitación estaba genial por el precio, la ubicacion excelente y buena limpieza.
El edificio da miedo, y es muy antiguo, el ascensor super pequeño e incomodo. No nos inspiraba confianza que la puerta se cerrase con codigo, ya que de un empujon grande parecia que se abría. Y Genova por la noche parece peligroso.

La posizione strategica per visita l’acquario e la città.
La disponibilità di parcheggi, il rumore terrificante di quando si utilizza l’acqua calda. La non presenza di un host, completamente assente sia in fase di check in che di check out.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die EInrichtung zweckmäßig.
Diese Wohnung ist in jeder Beziehung laut, der Kühlschrank, die Klimaanlage, die Abwasserentsorgung, die Umgebung. Die angeblich "Privaten Parkplätze in der Nähe" waren ganz normale öffentliche Parkplätze und kosten 2 € die Sunde, d.h. 48 € am Tag, es gibt keinen vergünstigten Tagestarif. Der Safe hat nicht funktioniert, Wifi/Internet war schlecht. Per Zettel in der Wohnung wird dem Gast dann auch noch unter Androhung einer Gebühr die Endreinigung "aufs Auge gedrückt".
