Shower good. Bed comfortable. Kettle, lift.
We were in A apartment had a bit of a view I liked it, big window.
Really good for the old town, Marina and not far from Piazza Ferrari.
Air con good. Apartment compact, but good price too.
Small improvements really, plug in sink didn't work.
Full length mirror for us little people.
WiFi in and out maybe old building thick walls.
Balcony it is not. More a big window you can open. And definitely cannot stand or sit out .
When people said about smell was worried. We only noticed it in entrance as you walk in.
Actual apartment no smell what so ever.

The apartment is well located, 5-10 minutes to the centre and few minutes from the sea. It was easy to get in, no problem with the self check-in. The room was fine for a few nights, enough space for luggages and stuffs. For me the room was a bit strange (the bathroom was physically inside the room, divided with thin walls) but for this price, you cannot find better options in this area.
I stayed there in October and the weather was getting cold during the nights, only thin blankets were provided, except the warm blanket that we found in the cabinet, which was not cleaned up since the last use. Some machine in the bathroom gave a deadly noise when using the water, but it you get used to it, no problem will occur. My biggest issue was with the thin walls, nights were difficult due to the noises - not from the outside traffic, but from the people in the other apartments.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die EInrichtung zweckmäßig.
Diese Wohnung ist in jeder Beziehung laut, der Kühlschrank, die Klimaanlage, die Abwasserentsorgung, die Umgebung.
Die angeblich "Privaten Parkplätze in der Nähe" waren ganz normale öffentliche Parkplätze und kosten 2 € die Sunde, d.h. 48 € am Tag, es gibt keinen vergünstigten Tagestarif.
Der Safe hat nicht funktioniert, Wifi/Internet war schlecht.
Per Zettel in der Wohnung wird dem Gast dann auch noch unter Androhung einer Gebühr die Endreinigung "aufs Auge gedrückt".
