Disappointing Experience – No Flexibility or Understanding

I had to request to cancel my booking because the property could not accommodate a check-in after 10 p.m. My flight was reaching after 10 pm.I informed them about this soon after booking, explaining my situation, but they still refused to provide any refund. I understand it was a non-refundable booking, but I expected at least some flexibility or goodwill given the genuine reason. Unfortunately, there was no understanding or mercy shown, and I was left disappointed by the lack of customer care.

OK Apartment.

Had a great outside deck with a view towards the city. It was walking distyance to super markets and metro. Very secure and safe. Kitchen & facilities good

The bedding and pillows had a musty smell. They need a really good wash or replacement. The sheets could be better quality The shower floor desparately needs repair, it leaks water out onto bathroom floor making it slippery & unsafe.

The apartment was dirty, dirty cups in apartment , someone else’s hair in the shower, stains all over the couch hidden by a blanket was clearly not cleaned well before my stay. The shower is disgusting. It leaked water all over the bathroom, shower head never stayed up, could feel a hole in the shower that was covered up by a Matt and had other peoples hair in the shower when I arrived.

Good panorama, nice big loggia, comfortable beds.

We missed the indicated check-in period with more than 2 hours, due to our programs and travel lasted longer than planned, so we could not get the keys, as we got the information that our host lives in the country. There was no solution. we had to book a hotel room for the first night. Other hosts can solve this situation without any complication, putting the keys eg. into a coded box. Dishes were dirty in the kitchen, we had to wash everything. We loved the tram no2 - advised by our host to get quick to the Duomo - this tram line is totally out of service, seemingly since a long time (!)

Perfect place to stay with a nice big balcony and amazing view over the city! Bus and tram station are near. Car parking is no problem. An extra plus is that the apartment is high enough to be out of reach for Milans mosquitos, so that one can sit outside even in the evening. The place is also very clean.

Superb

The place was just nice for my friends and I (a group of 4). Everything was clean, toiletries and kitchenware were provided. Location was great too! Although not super central, it’s only about 2 mins walk to the bus station and about 7 mins walk to the train station so it was super convenient getting to the city centre. Communication was prompt too and we didn’t have a hard time connecting with the host. The host was also super helpful about getting to the place and public transport info. Overall, my friends and I had a good experience and would definitely recommend the stay.

BILOCALE OTTIMO per 2/3 persone

Alloggio molto confortevole, dotato di una bellissima terrazza che ci ha permesso di mangiare fuori . Camera grande e cucina molto ben attrezzata. Bagno molto grande Posizione ideale per raggiungere il Politecnico di Milano sede Bovisa, noi avevamo la laurea di ns.figlio ed è stato comodissimo, siamo andati a piedi.

Guanciali molto duri e non c'era altra scelta ... erano soltanto 2.

L'appartamento è ben collegato sia a Milano centro che al lago di Como. Treno, bus o tram!

L'alloggio è esattamente come descritto.

Consiglio di migliorare il piatto doccia perché ahimè si allaga il bagno ad ogni doccia. Era comunque presente un mocio con il quale ho potuto asciugare il pavimento.
