The location was great. Unfortunately, we were there for an event so didn't get to take full advantage. But the cabin is close to the water and we did sit on the dock and enjoyed that a lot. It was also close to the event we were attending so it made it easy to get around. The cabin is very small but was adequately furnished and supplied. The hosts were in contact frequently with updates and information. Would stay again if in the area.
The shower was very small and awkward even with not being a tall or overly large person but that was really the only drawback.

Everything about this place was lovely. It was exactly what we were looking for. There wasn't much to do nearby but we weren't planing on doing much since it was the fall. We enjoyed our little fire pit and the near by breweries!
It isn't terribly quiet if you were hoping for a middle of nowhere experience under the stars. You are right on the main road through the water. It wasn't a problem for us, but it isn't horribly secluded if that was your hope!

I was in the area to bike the Dragon Trail. The trail, restaurants and stores were within 10 minutes along the main road. The property has many seating areas on the water plus I had an outdoor patio and porch where I had a view the water. Perfect size for me.
The cabin was on the main road, however, it did not bother me when I needed to rest. I was able to nap on the porch sofa.
