Great location in the university quarter & next to most of the main museums.

The TV stopped working on the second day & no one fixed it!

Great location. Easy walking distance from downtown. Clean and everything was as described.

Really nothing.

Great location in Bergen, just a few minutes walk from the centre. Very cosy apartment which was a perfect escape from the atrocious weather. Kitchen had enough equipment to be able to cook and eat at home.

There is was no storage in the bedrooms at all so we couldn’t unpack any of our stuff.

Apartment was clean and well maintained. All necessary equipments were available for use.

We found it difficult to locate the apartment and couldn't reach anyone on the provided number at the time. A communication channel would have been supportive. We felt that the instructions on fine charges were quite overwhelming. As tourists we rent an apartment to shower and sleep in, we had to spend more time following instructions and finding clues this time, I felt. Had to scan the entire apartment for any issues ourselves so that we don't end up paying for someone else's mistake. I think this should be taken care of by the owners.
