EN- Cozy Andalusian style townhouse in Marbella

The property’s location is lovely and quiet. There is parking out the front. The pool is open all year round and is a stone throws away from the front door. The property itself was clean and well adapted for a family. The terrace has sun for most of the day. The area is quiet and the neighbours who were residents were friendly. We felt very safe with our young family.

The water pressure was very low in the property which heavily affected the showers and baths. It took nearly half an hour to run a bath. The water also did not always get hot. The tv only connected to YouTube and not the normal channels.

Spacious accommodation in pleasant residential area of Marbella. Gated property and very safe. Nice communual swimming pool within a few metres from front door. Secluded outdoor terrace area.

The location is about a half hour walk from any shops or restaurants. I hired a bike in order to get about. Even then the beach at Puerto Banus is half an hour cycle ride away and old Marbella town 45 min ride. To get around a car or taxis are required but uber/ bolt are quite expensive. The furnishings of the property were very disappointing - the outdoor furniture in particular needs replacing and some of the indoor furnishings are broken. The bathrooms are depressing with horrible shower curtains and outdated sink/bathroom with lots of mould. On 4 days when I was there a painter arrived unannounced to paint the back walls which was very inconvenient meaning the terrace couldn't be used. The agent has offered some compensation for this but original offer of 90 euros was not accepted. The collection of keys was also unnecessarily complicated having to first collect them from the agency before travelling to property which necessitated 2 taxi rides. This was same on return of keys.
