Alcam Aloha Deluxe 69

The property was lovely and location to main pool was perfect. The apartment was clean and plenty spacious for a family of four. The hill club itself is lovely, the grounds are clean, pool wasn't overcrowded and food in the pool bar is very good! Underground parking also a huge plus but we didn't find this until later. It would have been useful to know as soon as we arrived.

Unlike other reviews we were not met by anyone from Alcam and found it difficult to find the apartment that left us dragging our bags and kids around in the heat unnecessarily. We then discovered after completing check in online with alcam that we also had to repeat check in with the aloha hill club and this wasnt mentioned by the agency. The patio door locks were broke and when I highlighted this to alcam they said they would fix it when we checked out. I said I would like it fixed while we were there but that never happened. They don't provide tea towels for drying dishes or anything to remove items from the oven so you may need to bring your own mitt/tea towels. We were also given the wrong WiFi password and only got connected when we eventually found the correct password written on a box in the apartment.
