The host was wonderful and very attentive. She helped me with directions, arranging taxis, and explaining how to get to the property, providing excellent support throughout my stay.
The accommodation looks exactly like the photos and was very clean. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details, including tea, cookies, welcoming snacks, beach towels, and the convenient electronic entrance lock, so there was no need to worry about carrying or forgetting a key.
The only area for improvement would be the check-in instructions. Finding the apartment itself was quite confusing, as the building layout and apartment numbering were not very intuitive. Even the local taxi driver had difficulty locating it. Clearer step-by-step directions, photos, or a map would make the arrival process much easier.

El alojamiento en general bien. Tenia de todo. Las instalaciones de resort muy bien. Sobre todo las piscinas y toboganes para los niños.Es un sitio tranquilo para pasar unas vacaciones para desconectar por completo.
Quizás la playa estaba muy sucia de algas y muy rocosa.

We like the apartment size, the view ( garden and sea) from the balcony, the toiletries, the cleanliness and the fact that you have a lot of things for the kids; bilard, tennis, ping pong, soccer field, big pool, pool with slide. It is a beautiful resort wich has big potential to be excellent with more improvement like cleaning the sea, having shatel services to places near, having more stores and restaurants.
The water of the sea is not clean enough and there is noise of the massive crickets, day and night, very load voice. If he restaurant and the store will open earlier it would be nice.
