Caesar Beach, Bohgaz North Cyprus

The property is amazing, the owner is really helpful and communicates quickly when emailed. Not the owners fault, but the property had no clean linen, and had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. We didn't arrive till 11:30pm and it was hard to find the manager as he wasn't in the office so took us a while to get the keys. We had to communicate on several occasion with the manager about vapour issues such a Wifi stopped working and the drains in the showers were backing up, and we lost water on a couple of days. When contacted the time it took to resolve was lengthy, intact the drains were never sorted despite asking 4 time over the course of a week. It is such a shame as the property owner has a great apartment, with lovely decoration and views. But, the site manager needs to be quicker to resolve issues. Ceaser beach is really a great resort to go and relax on, the people are great, the restaurant serves really fresh amazing food, and the pools are great for relaxing around. The apartment is in-between the beach and the pool so it is ideal in location. If I were the owner I would ensure a handover file was sent with contact numbers for site management and things you need to know such as how to get wifi, who to contact if the site office is closed, etc. All in all we had a great vacation, and we would have given 5 stars across the board except for the service issues that we had whist there.
