Caesar Beach Villas and Apartments

L’emplacement est super, la plage est magnifique. Il y a des piscines et l’aquapark parfait pour les enfants. Un grand merci à Hind et son équipe qui nous ont bien accueillis et était vraiment très sympathique. Je recommande c’est charmant.

The pool area is nice and the decor of the apartment and the general landscaping of the resort was quite good. Lovely plants around. It was very quiet, seemed like a lot of the apartments were not occupied so it was lovely and quiet and we often had the pool to ourselves.

Staff were so uninterested. From when we arrived we couldnt find the reception area and had to go to a maintenance office where there was no "welcome" or "thank you for choosing to stay with us." Only a query about whether we had actually paid. Later our car was blocked in by another car we couldn't leave the complex. There was no security or management available to help us because it was not office hours. Next day we learned that it was actually a staff member who blocked us in. No apology was made. Finally, we checked out and wanted to get our £100 deposit back. I was marched up to our apartment for an inspection to make sure we broke nothing. It was really humiliating and something that is not normally done by paying hotel guests. Its not only embarrassing for the guest but for the staff who was so apologetic about it. I felt like I was at student accommodation again. So many ants everywhere, even the kitchen. Kids playground is only a worn out climbing frame.
