location was excellent for all the bars and restaurants and for both main ski lifts. we know Morzine very well so easy for us to navigate around. short walk at the start and end of the day to start your ski days which is perfect. Lovely bathroom and excellent kitchen with everything you would need. Beds were comfortable.
Sadly it is a noisy location with 'Shaftys' (eatery) next door playing music until the early hours. Its also on main walk by for all party revellers so the noise is late into the night.
The lounge seated our family of 4 with the fire and a night in but would not be so easy for 6 adults to stay and would be demanding on the one bathroom.
Heating wasn't ideal or flexible either.
