location was great to get straight onto the slopes in the morning or 3 min walk to town. enough space + heating to dry clothes. shower room, kitchen, bedrooms all to the job intended. nice balcony. easily located by the taxi service. 9/10

we had no real issues to complain about, only thing i would note is that this place would be very tight for space if there were >4 people staying who ski/board. and could do with wifi and rid of the whole charging extra for linen, toilet paper, bin liner - just include it in the price who travels with spare linen ?

Great location, apartment had everything we needed. Nice hot shower and quite spacious.

Pull out sofa bed was very noisy and not comfortable at all. Think it's in need of a new one 😴

Good size. Not tooo far from the ski lift.

No reception, No service, tourist guide or local advice at all. It was run by a money driven estate agent which is far away (15-20 min walk with up and down hill) and we needed to found our way to them for collecting keys, paying tax, luggage keeping We didn’t receive clear instruction to find the place firstly. We arrived at evening and picked up the key from a box outside their office and then ended up wandering around the building on a slope with icy slippery road with luggages and two children. We were rescued in the end by local resident. The staff ( the woman in the office esp.) was not helpful at all. I tried to arrange a later check out with her, and the only thing she could reply me were Nos and asked me to pay for tax and unnoticed 300 deposit. She even asked for 300 cash when she couldn’t take Amex. I also seriously doubt if they have proper cleaning after each stay as they require the customer to do all the cleaning (which is common in France). No clean sheet included, but a cheap toilet roll, two sets of unbeatable mattress cover and a cleaning sponge in the welcome pack with all kinds of left over cleaning products in the apartment contributed from previous guests.
