- lack of cable TV (reading over the unit description, I now see that it does say no cable (Super Bowl). My oversight, but at this price it was not something I considered would not be included). also the only TV which allowed us to stream was in the upstairs bedroom, not a common space.
- at least 2 missing smoke alarms in basement level
- concrete landing off front steps was covered in solid ice; seems an accident waiting to happen
- non-stick pans in kitchen need replacing (are no longer “non-stick”
