Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Bahnhof und bis in die „Innenstadt“. Bäcker, Fahrradverleih und andere Geschäfte sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen und trotzdem wohnt man hier sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist recht neu und die Wohnung super eingerichtet. Der Kontakt war freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Im Bad wäre ein kleiner Mülleimer wünschenswert und ein Sonnensegel auf der Terrasse könnte verhindern, dass Sand von der Treppe im Kaffee landet. Das möchte ich aber mit einem kleinen Schmunzeln verstanden wissen, denn es ist „meckern“ auf hohem Niveau.
