Our “Vacation Apartment 3” with its large rooftop terrace guarantees 100% relaxation—a cozy beach chair is already waiting for you here. From the bedroom, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of the dune landscape and the new lighthouse. Just a 5-minute walk, and you’re at the fine-sand beach!
The 38 m² vacation apartment, featuring a living room and two separate bedrooms, is ideal for a family vacation. Modern furnishings in light colors create an atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
You can already relax wonderfully while enjoying your vacation breakfast in the light-filled living room. The rolls are toasting in the oven, the fresh coffee is brewed—and while you’re already packing your backpack for the day’s outing, the dishwasher takes care of the dishes. The modern kitchenette is also perfectly equipped for preparing snacks or dinner in the evening.
When the weather is nice, you can also enjoy breakfast on the rooftop terrace! From the living room, a small hallway leads to the apartment’s own 20 m² southeast-facing rooftop terrace, where you’ll be thoroughly pampered by the sun. Comfortable lounge furniture with a side table, a cozy beach chair, and a dining set with four chairs create the perfect vacation atmosphere!
A spacious couch area with a TV, radio, and free Wi-Fi invites you to relax in the vacation rental. You can also organize game afternoons together; feel free to help yourself to our cabinet full of board games. Books for adults and children are also available.
With two separate bedrooms, the vacation rental offers ideal options for dividing the space into a parents’ room and a children’s room. The larger bedroom features a double bed with an open footboard (180 cm x 200 cm), while the smaller room has a bunk bed with a closed footboard (each 90 cm x 200 cm). The floor-to-ceiling windows offer you a unique view of Wangerooge’s dune landscape! This way, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets or watch the new lighthouse flash. Of course, the rooms feature blackout curtains and closets for your vacation wardrobe.
The well-maintained, naturally lit bathroom with a shower (low entry), heated towel rack, sink, and toilet adds to your comfort. The unobstructed view of the greenery offers peace and relaxation.
A high chair, toys, and a crib are standard features in this family-friendly vacation rental (at no extra charge).
Your four-legged friend is warmly welcome in this vacation rental (up to 2 dogs allowed). The rooftop terrace is fenced in, so you can feel free to leave your dog there on its own.

General Information: The vacation rental is located on the 1st floor and is therefore accessible only via a staircase. The apartment includes a private area for bicycles and laundry. Rentals are not available during the winter months (approximately early November through mid-April).

The “Villa Düna” apartment building is located—as the name suggests—nestled within Wangerooge’s unique dune landscape at Anton-Günther-Straße 10a. When the wind is right, you can already hear the sound of the North Sea waves here. The large, fenced-in, and secluded garden exudes a sense of peace and harmony the moment you step onto the property.
“Villa Düna” is the perfect starting point for walks along the beach or through the dunes, for a stroll through Wangerooge’s town center, or for a break at one of the cozy cafés and restaurants.
Across from the house is the beautiful Teichkurpark with its adjacent dune grove. Just a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find the fine-sand Burgenstrand beach, the Kurhaus, the “Oase” indoor pool with heated seawater, and the beach promenade. For our younger guests, the “Adventure Playground” (outdoors) and “Kindersockenland” (indoors) are just a short walk away.
