About this villa rental
Our Villa is uniquely nestled on the slopes of majestic Table Mountain and has unparalleled magnificent surroundings. This solar-powered, ideally located, comfortable and sophisticated one-of-a kind house, is overlooking breathtaking 360° sea & iconic mountain views. It is the perfect gateway for a relaxing, memorable, family holiday with wonderful space for kids to play, it is also ideal for business visitors that will enjoy high speed connectivity and a wide range of amenities we offer.
The house accommodates a maximum of 8 guests in 4 spacious & comfortable bedrooms and from the open pool deck you will enjoy the SA sun to the fullest or a barbecue al fresco. It is undoubtedly the perfect base from its location, it only takes a short drive or walk down to the vibrant Camps Bay promenade to enjoy beaches, shops & restaurants and also enjoy a big variety of outdoors activities like climbing Lion Head at sunset or sunrise, take the cable to Table Mountain to view Robbin Island or take a day trip to the Cape Peninsula or the well renown winelands.

AMENITIES: Guests will appreciate the luxury, comfort & practicality of the house.
It is SOLAR powered (no impact from power-outage), has its state of the art high-quality water filtering system and high-speed uncapped fiber connection throughout the property. This will allow an ideal "Home away from Home" experience.
We welcome guests for longer stays (28 days and more).
The house offers open plan living with a wide comfortable (TV) lounge, a fully equipped kitchen and 4 bedrooms that comfortably host a maximum of 8 guests (incl. of children & toddlers).
DISTANCES: All amenities are closeby, it will merely take you 20-25mn from/to Cape Town International Airport, 10-15mn to the City Center and the V&A Waterfront attractions or 5-7 min to Camps Bay Promenade.

Our family of 4 stayed at Linda’s house for six nights while visiting from the States. The location in Camps Bay was perfect — close to Table Mountain, the water, and restaurants/grocery store. The house was spotless and we loved opening the doors to the back pool and deck area with the beautiful sunset view. I would highly recommend it!

This house was perfect for our trip to visit family in Cape Town. The views are just stunning, Sunsets were a highlight and we loved the house and view so much we hardly went out! We even saw whales cruising past one day. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Ray and Linda went over and above to make sure we were happy and any problems were quickly sorted out. They are such nice, kind and understanding people. Can't say enough about how much we appreciate their hospitality. Communication was excellent. The staff were amazing. Shout out to Naomi and Randy for house cleaning around us. They made us feel very spoilt and well taken care of. Lucas was great too. Perfect holiday house. We will be back. Highly recommend!
