Quietness of the area.
Front yard and front entrance not very welcoming

We liked the fireplace and lounge room area. The DVDs were a laugh. The yard was lovely. The location was great. The mattress wasn't great. The hot water from the kitchen was scolding hot. The verandah is not rain proof at all. Left some shoes outside and they got completely soaked.

Near the beach. Close to shops etc
Disappointed …. Barbecue sauce as dirty needed to be cleaned prior to use. We left it spotless! Coffee machine hadn’t been cleaned. No lights working in the main bedroom. We bought a globe and my son in law( electrician) replaced it. We could not have done it. Collected our recycling to find that the bin was full( not emptied for some time . Neighbour helped our
