My family and I had a fantastic time at Blue Coat Cottage. We were welcomed with a lovely personal welcome note and some mini cupcakes! The house is spotless and has everything you might need on a trip such as a fully equipped kitchen and lots of towels etc. It's so cozy and was perfect place to retreat to after exploring Gettysburg. There was anple space for 6 people. We were traveling with 2 children and they loved the games that were also provided. Thank you Lee Ann and Scott. We would not hesitate to recommend Blue Coat Cottage.

The Bluecoat Cottage was perfect for our stay. Peaceful and quiet after several day of touring Gettysburg and Shrine in Emmittsburg. I loved the patio and porch, the sound of the birds and the farmers sheep down the street. accommodations were excellent and provided everything that we needed.
