Super location and near to the town centre

Plenty of room for a family

Maçon stay

The location of the apartment was perfect, walking distance to a lot of key sites in Maçon. Shops and restaurants nearby. A comfortable and clean apartment, with essential needs for a family to manage for 6 days. Overall my family and I loved our stay at this property, but since we didn't have WiFi, TV connection and dryer, these were just a bummer including the poor communication with the property manager.

There weren't any proper instructions on how to use many things in the apartment, for example: the water heater, washing machine and exhaust in the bathroom, the heaters in the room, cooking stove, the microwave. It's not set for international travellers. No WiFi, in spite of messaging the property manager, they did not provide any support after informing that the WiFi was inaccessible. No TV set up. The dryer wasn't functioning properly. I hope in the future, for anyone using/booking this apartment they receive clear instructions on using things in the apartment. The tap water is hard water so you have to go and buy water from the shops for drinking usage. Note: no elevator only stairs, it's a steep set of stairs and the apartment is the first floor.

Spacious apartment en central location but needs a spruce up

It had a central location and was spacious

The parking area infront was noisy. The entrance was a dump with ladders, oil cans and other junk. The one mattress was uncomfortable. There was no tea/ coffee/ milk/salt in the apartment. There was only one cooling apparatus in the apartment. It needed one for each bedroom. The linnen needs upgrading. It looks very tired and we weren’t sure if it was clean or not. The whole apartment needs a good clean. Also behind the doors. It would not cost a lot to spruce up the apartment. There were no instructions for the TV and we couldn’t get it to work. Will not recommend

Una de la cama era imposible dormir en ella el colchón muy viejo me iso doler mucho la espalda las últimas noches tube q dormir en nel sofa.deveria cambiar las ollas y sartenes muy viejo y desagradable.la ducha tenía q bañarme en 2 minutos x q el desagüe se tapaba y se llena de agua la bañera. Después todo bien.
