Someone should have taken our luggage to our room for us instead of having to ask. It is alot of stairs & steps uphill to navigate. Conceirge service was poor also, although the front desk always offered to call a taxi for us when we needed one. Would stay again in the future.

Nice property. Staff was very accommodating, engaging and polite. Grounds were well attended as were the rooms. I would return to the property in the future.

We booked a 1 bedroom, when we got there they said only had a studio which had steps to bathroom at night not convenient for someone wirh mobility issues they said they will comp the reaort fees but wasnt done at checkout so we will see. Beach is beautiful but rocky in water. 23 large steps to get to and from resort level. Muat take taxis anywhere or rent a car. Staff was friendly at least
