The condo was perfect for our family and in a perfect spot to all the amenities. The booking process and entry to the unit was seamless. Would recommend for a family of 4 or 5 as the size it ideal for a vacation

Property was clean and all appliances and lights functioned properly. Past issue with shower was resolved. Good job on leaving necessary items like soap, paper products and many towels. Minor negatives: kitchen/dining room lighting is too low, kitchen needs more glasses rather than plastic cups, and some small ants were detected around sink. Overall, it was a positive experience at a fair price.

Nice private condo with a lake view and close to the beach access. I would have rated it a 5 but it was a little dusty. Also, the water pressure was a little low and the living room furniture and design of the condo could have been a bit more updated. Besides that we enjoyed our stay.

I called VACASA the day before our arrival to inform them of my allergy to pets. We arrived to our unit in the evening only to find pet hair all over the furniture and of course my allergies flared up. I called VACASA and they sent someone out to clean the furniture the next morning which I appreciated. What I don’t understand is why a thorough cleaning wasn’t done prior to my arrival. I paid good money to stay somewhere where I’d be comfortable not uncomfortable. Pet hair was still visible even after she cleaned. I woke up every day with my eyes swollen. It’s also very clear that the owner needs to update his/her unit. The only positive thing about this unit was the view of the small lake which had had a beautiful to view in the morning. I will never rent through VACASA again. In the future I’ll rent directly through an owner. Lesson learned ?
