Mallard Lakes charges a $150 amenity fee for parking and pool, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests must go to the Mallard Lakes office to pay for it. Every other week during the year, the amenity fee is $100 per week.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We enjoyed our stay at Mallard Lakes. We rented the unit for additional beds and workspace as we were visiting our family for the week who lives full time in Ocean City. The beds were very comfortable and the few of us who had to work a few days from home were able to do so by using the desk and dining table. This unit was perfect for what we needed it for as we spent most of our time at our family home and of course the beach.
