L'appartement est bien placé, l'ameublement est tout à fait correct. Un seul bémol : l'absence de clim même si les ventilateurs ont bien aidés à supporter la chaleur...

Sowohl Strand als auch Restaurants und Supermärkte sind im direkten Umfeld, viel Autoverkehr. Der Balkon eignet sich entsprechend nur als Aussichtspunkt, Ruhe und Erholung sind völlig unmöglich. Kein W-Lan, keine Klimaanlage. Betten unbequem, es steht nur ein Kleiderschrank zur Verfügung, der aber mit Bettzeug, Staubsauger und mehr gefüllt ist. Positiv zu bewerten ist der Parkplatz eigens für die Bewohner des Hauses.
