Apartment at the first line of the sea, with direct access to the promenade and to the beach of Roses-Santa Margarita. The apartment is 1.300m from the center of Roses, with capacity for 1/5 people.
The building does not have an elevator, to access the apartment have to climb 2 floors and the apartment is distributed in:
* 1 bedroom with double bed (150 cm).
* 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
* 1 bedroom with 1 single bed
* Dining room with sofa and TV (Spanish channels and TNT SAT for French channels).
* Recently renovated kitchen and equipped (washing machine, microwave, electric coffee maker, oven ...).
* Bathroom with shower
* Magnificent terrace facing south-east with magnificent views of the Bay of Roses and the sea.
* Community parking spaces

We loved the location and the view from the balcony and having the sun on the balcony from first light to about 1 pm. It was quite quiet and ideally positioned fro the beach, shops and restaurants. Having parking 9on site was a blessing and what we needed in an area where parking is at a premium. Xavier was most helpful throughot the booking process and whilst in the apartment. Thanks
