APARTMENT COMPLETELY RENOVATED IN APRIL 2025 FACING THE BEACH! with very good taste and beautiful decoration. your apartment for your holidays by the sea in Roses. This charming 1-bedroom apartment, comfortably accommodating 4 people, features a 180cm king-size bed and a double sofa bed and is the perfect place for a family or couple getaway. With an area of 40 m², this beachfront accommodation offers proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc., guaranteeing you an unforgettable stay.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. We appreciate you smoking on the terrace or outside in the garden.
