.The Mileni Residence is a recently built complex with a garden area and swimming pool in Roses, very well located near the beach and shops.
Features and amenities of this accommodation:
Capacity: Suitable for up to 4 people, located on the 3rd floor.
Location: Just 100 meters from the beach and close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
Surface: 65 m² of interior space plus a 12 m² terrace overlooking the pool.
Distribution: Two bedrooms, one with a 1.50m bed and the other with two 0.90m beds
Bathrooms: Bathroom with bathtub.
Kitchen: Modern and fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, freezer and all the necessary utensils for cooking.
Amenities: Satellite television, Wi-Fi connection, elevator, terrace furniture, iron, heat pump heating, air conditioning, underground garage with direct access to the elevator and your apartment.
Common area: Gardens and community pool.
Quiet area: Ideal for a relaxing vacation.
Please note that sheets and towels have an additional cost and are not included in the reservation price €15 sheets €10 towels. You can reserve them or bring them from home. The appartment was perfect. Everything was in order. The location was neaqrby the seaside, the underground parking was very easy, the swimming pool was nice. The overall feeling in and around the appartment was perfect. We can recommend this appartment to any other family of 4.

- assistence was superb and individual, quick response and issues solved short term
- location is very good in term of restaurants and beach
- facility is well maintained
