Escape the hassles of everyday life and enjoy a true beach vacation at this four-story five-bedroom, four-bath townhome with great views from every angle! Featuring an elevator, this resort retreat is professionally-decorated with contemporary beach furnishings and all the comforts of home. With an open floor plan that is great for entertaining and a large well-equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, this home makes for an ideal vacation rental. Accessibile-friendly features: The fourth-floor bathroom features a grab bar and a comfort-height commode (two inches taller than standard). Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and more. Five TVs, DVD, elevator, gas fireplace, WiFi. Parking is available for up to three cars.
The second level has three bedrooms. One bedroom with a king bed and an attached bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bath, and a third bedroom with two twin beds (no attached bath). The fourth level has a bedroom with a king bed and an attached bath and another bedroom with a daybed with a trundle (two singles - no attached bath).
Community amenities: Pier, outdoor pool, hiking paths, and picnic area. Beach access is available via a pathway on the east side of Coastal Highway. A $150 resort fee is required from May 15 to September 15.
*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

This is a good location with an easy walk to the beach. Has a nice path to the beach after you cross Rt 1. The house worked out great for our family and friends. Lots of steps! There is an elevator but probably want 2 baby gates for the main level if you have little ones along. Kitchen needs more silverware but other kitchen supplies were suitable. We caught crabs and raked clams off the fishing pier. Great sunset view as well!

If you enjoy less populated beaches and less traffic, this location is fantastic. The pool provided relaxation when the ocean waves became too much! Nature put on a show at sunset every night! The pergola area also provides another place to relax by the bay! We assumed since the photos shared pictures of kayaks on the property that the recreation fee covered the cost of access though. This is a lovely home. Thank goodness for the elevator for those with physically concerns!

Called four times over three days and got no answer. Place was not very clean (pee on side of toilets, oven drawer wouldn't open so we couldn't get to pans, windows had smears and finger prints all over them, floors needed to be washed, blankets were dirty). The place was very pretty but needed better maintenance.
