NO SENIOR WEEK RENTALS...Lovely 4/5 bedroom canal front home with 3 baths. Upstairs features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and great room with recently updated kitchen with quartz countertops, built-in beverage center, dining seating for 10 (table/island) and outdoor dining for 6. Spacious first floor features extra large bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds and bath as well as a second living room/BR with sleeper sofa and wet bar. Outdoor space includes 2 canal side decks with gates, 1 street side deck, hot tub and boat dock . Located on a quiet bayside street on a deep water canal aprox 2 1/2 blocks to the quiet beaches of Fenwick Island. If bringing a boat, please inquire about availability.

The house is beautiful, with lots of space for a family to spread out. The nearest beaches are about a five minute drive away, and are not too crowded (unlike nearby Ocean City). The owners were very responsive in addressing the relatively minor issues that came up. We would definitely recommend this location to others.

I would have put less than (5) stars for "Accuracy of Listing", but only because the VRBO listing does not do the place justice. The Owners have spent much effort in making the place even better than listed. I don't remember being in a better-appointed place than this facility. Loved it! Well done!

Such a wonderful experience. Kelli is a thoughtful hostess who quickly responds to communication. The house was very well kept and well stocked with anything we could imagine we would need, from cookware to beach gear and beyond.

I traveled for a weekend away with my family. I couldn't have found a cleaner, more beautiful place to stay. Kelli, the owner, was amazing. She was very responsive and kept me up-to-date with all of the details that would make the weekend even more perfect. I'll definitely try to stay here again. The location is quiet, yet close to great restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend!Thank you Kelli
