The condo is very well appointed and clean on the inside. However the windows are in great need of cleaning.
The patio and outdoor furniture off the master bedroom were filthy. I had to sweep up the entire area from bird droppings, and WASH the web chairs before we were able to use it.
The patio on the main floor had to be cleaned up as well.
The lidded garbage can in the garage was left full upon our arrival.
I thought you should be made aware of these cleaning short comings.

Looks like a recent remodel and was amazingly clean. The hot tub was clean and nice. The layout was great for a family of teens and adults. The only drawback was that the photos made it look private and set apart from its neighbors it it was in a row of condos with neighbors in either side..
