We were late checking in and I had a hard time with the lock (100% me being tired) Called host and they walked me through it. The home was amazing. The basement was kid paradise! Would rent again!

Amenities like boot warmers/driers and snacks from the host. Everything is well labeled and instructions are clear.
Not much....
Fire pit table on 2nd deck didn't work...seemed to be out of propane...(?)
