The house was as described, clean, working appliances, comfortable mattresses on all beds, plenty of space for 2 families to spread out. The property outside offers walking trails access to lake and close proximity to ski mountains. The only downside- not a lot of restaurants close by (but 35 min drive to Ogden wasn’t bad). All of us enjoyed and would definitely visit again. Host fantastic and responsive to questions in a timely manner.

Second time renting this home and already planning a third. Perfect setup for families, with ideal location to Snowbasin. Highly recommend, 10 out of 10 stars.

We had a great time at the condo & it worked well for our group. We especially appreciated the Christmas tree, it's adorable!We noted a few issues that are mostly normal wear & tear, with the exception of the missing iron as we were attending an event.

My family of 4 along with the grandparents enjoyed a week in Huntsville, UT. The plan was to ride as much as possible in 7 days at Snowbasin. The trip was great with good snow and great skiing. We all enjoyed our townhome at Edgewater near the Pineview Lake and minutes from Snowbasin. Plenty of room, great views, great furniture, and the perfect home away from home! We would highly recommend the Potter Family House. What a great place! We could not be happier with our stay. Thank you!
