Location
Needed a good cleaning and some work outside. Dirty slipcovers on sofas. Deck was a mess and no glass in table. Dirty grill. Umbrella mildewed. Dead flowers on our table upon arrival! Towel bar in bathroom broke. It does NOT have a fully equipped kitchen either.

I like the location that we're close to everything
I didn't like that the barbecue was dirty and Usuable and there was no light in the Deck And it's pitch black out there
