We we never able to locate the laundry and reached out to vacasa 2 x but never heard back.

I loved everything about the place. The room was awesome, and the kitchenette was a lifesaver. The balcony was great, the bathroom and everything else was clean, and everything was really nice. Would absolutely love to stay again.
The property is a little badly lit at night, so coming back to the room after dark was a little eerie. Also, this has been mentioned before so I wasn't expecting, but the property does not have a pool—it's just a picture that shows the nearby property's.

The pool shown in the first picture on your site and several other pictures of the pool belonging to the adjacent property was misleading. The rental does not have access to that pool. Please remove those pictures of the pool from the booking. False and misleading. Just wrong.
