What if I have to cancel?
In the event of a cancellation or transfer, you are responsible for the full amount of your original agreement. Only IF we are able to secure for that property a new agreement for the same time period and dollar amount will your monies be refunded (less 15% of the gross rent). All cancellations must be put in writing and received by our office prior to re-renting.

End unit, easy to stay, parking, block and a half from the beach, end unit means only share one wall. Internet shaky in the downstairs, could use an extender or mesh. Great house.

This is the second time we have stayed at here. I like it best because you can park and walk to down town or the beach. We also liked the new kitchen countertops!

This place is decent but there was a really bad smell in ther3 all week. I don't know what it was but...yuck! The location is good with a short walk to the beach. Wilgus was very good to work with. I would not recommend staying here unless you ensure that they have gotten rid of the smell. Otherwise it's okay.
