Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one-level layout offers a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and bedroom (with its own private half bathroom). Recent updates (2016): New king bed in the primary bedroom and new 55-inch HDTV in the living room and 42-inch flat screen with Blu-ray in the primary bedroom! Many new furnishings, mattresses and new pots and pans! Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 2 TVs, 2 DVDs, small DVD library, board games Keurig, Wifi. Plus, 2 boogie boards and beach umbrella (courtesy items not guaranteed). Guests of Sea Colony can enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center, basketball court, boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing.

We have been staying in this unit for several years and are always happy with it.
The service was great until I checked out and left some clothes in a drawer. I called the day after leaving and submitted a ticket. Despite having called several times and being told someone would contact me, I never heard back. I assume these items are now gone and I am very disappointed. My husband and I have been going to Sea Colony for many years so the level or lack of service on this incident is not what I would have expected. Very unhappy with how this was ignored.

The property was as described. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Lovely view from the balcony and easy access to the beach.

This was our second time staying in this condo. Our first time was 6 years ago. Since that time, the owners made some nice changes and upgrades. I would definitely stay here again.
