All good, nothing too perfect but if you need a place to just lay down and sleep it's appropriate. There is a nice common area to stay at when you do not want to be stuck in the cabin, the showers are nice and give enough privacy.

There could be more toilets on the floor and there is quite a lot of noise from the cabins upstairs and nearby stairs. But with good earplugs you should be fine.

The facilities were very well-run and the location is very central.

The area this hotel in feels very unsafe, a lot of suspicious behaviour going on which was a bit scary to walk through. I would not have walked around at night alone. The room also has poor ventilation and the room was very hot at night

Private and clean hostel near central train station

An amazing option if you're coming to explore the city or for business, and just want a place to sleep. The hostel is very clean, and the small cabin has all you need for a night's sleep. It is very private and quiet - basically a perfect hostel with privacy, cleanliness, that still has several communal areas like a lounge/co-working space, a terrace on the 3rd floor and a bar/buffet. The shower rooms and toilets were spotless. The breakfast is a small buffet, it is a good value for money if you order the breakfast online while booking the hotel, as it is 3 times cheaper (around 8 euros) than when buying at the hotel in the morning (18.90 euros)

The area the hostel is in is 10 minutes' walking distance from the central station, which is great, but it is still the "station area," so there are some sketchy people around. However, no one really approached us; we were just cautious about walking past some people at times, especially as we were two young women. Although the hostel chip bracelets do say that it is a "cabin in the hood"

I’m quite a fan of the capsule hotel concept, so when my fiancée and I planned a trip to Hamburg, we decided to try this one. We booked it fairly last-minute — just two weeks before arrival — and although the price wasn’t exactly low (Hamburg hotels rarely are), the stay was worth it. The double capsule was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for two people, with plenty of hooks and hangers, and even a built-in speaker for music. We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our time there. The early-morning checkout at 4 a.m. was smooth — the reception was open, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, both at check-in and check-out, no matter the time or the questions we had. The showers were clean, well-maintained, and offered enough space — overall, a very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend it for solo travelers or couples alike.

The only real downside was the price — for Hamburg, it’s understandable, but compared to other capsule hotels in major European cities, this one was noticeably more expensive.

Pleasant stay, a bit overpriced for the location, perfect for one night stay.

The people working there were really friendly and great. Showers and toilets were very clean. The cabin was comfortable, much better than sharing a room in a hostel dorm. Also the availability of grabbing water, snacks, food and alcohol all night was a great bonus.

The air conditioning of my cabin really hurt my back and neck on my first night. This is something that the guest should be able to control, as it was cold at night. Location. Walking from the Hamburg central station to the accommodation was..interesting.. A lot of drug users at the main street, during the day or night. Make sure to reach the hostel via another train station and exit the hostel from the right side, not the left, where you will be led to a main road roaming by drug users.

New, tidy, clean and modern with friendly staff and private rooms. The bathroom complex is large enough and well equipped.

The rooms are a bit too cold and the aircondition cannot be adjusted. Not ideal for staying in bed, bud good for sleeping.

Satisfied and eye opening

The facilities was clean and had what we needed, the staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Just the area. It was my first time to Hamburg and staying at a hostel type of hotel therefore I had no idea where exactly the hotel was or what to expect .The roads leading to it was full of unsavoury people and knowing that my daughter and I might get back later in the evening (as we were in Hamburg for an event) was scary.

Outstanding hospitality and all you need for a comfortable overnight stay in central Hamburg

Amazing, warm welcome from the front desk team. Great happy overall vibes, clean and modern facilities, comfortable bed. And there's a rooftop terrace. I absolutely loved it!

Everything was fantastic, except for the neighbourhood, which many have commented on before. If you walk there late at night, you may want to take the slightly longer route via Steindamm and Danziger Straße.

Great hotel but location won't suit everyone

Everything was clean and modern, looked just like the photos online. The place was quiet and staff were helpful. The main station and bus stations are just a few minutes' walk away.

A couple of things were not great. Firstly, the rooms are so small that there is no room for checked luggage. I had a double room and kept my suitcase on my bed the whole time, I noticed a neighbour kept their luggage outside their door. Secondly, location. Between the station and the hotel you basically need to walk through a ghetto. It was a very seedy area at all times of the day and not a place I was going to hang out in and grab dinner etc. For this reason I'm not sure I'd stay at this hotel again (a shame!)

Fantastic experience in a convenient location

The kindest, most caring hostel / hotel staff! everyone is so friendly and funny, and they really make sure you have an excellent time. Also the chat option before arrival worked great. The hotel is brand new and spotlessly clean. The showers etc are plenty and although shared you have a lot of privacy in the bathrooms due to the construction, which is great. The concept is very well thought through, the wristband looks nice and allows you easy access and payment anytime. The atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing with the colors, music and wood style in the rooms. The cabins are super cozy, also super clean and the Bluetooth speaker concept is great. Much nicer than most capsule hotels we stayed at in Japan. Wifi is fast and reliable in the entire building. Location convenient, walking distance to Alster, shops, restaurants and museums. Might seem like only for young people but I came with my 64 year old friend and he enjoyed it very much :)

We see room for improvement in the breakfast, maybe add a boiled egg and a piece of fruit, bit too many empty carbs but that’s a personal opinion. Great coffee, cereal and juice tho!

Workers there were awkward (communication) and heard them talking behind my back , mocking me for buying a 5€ bottle of water rather than buying it from somewhere else for less price ! there was hair on the pillow and the sheets 🤢. the location of the hotel is quite dangerous! the night i stayed, police arrested 2 men from the same street as the hotel 😬
