The first floor features a full bath and media room, while the second floor is home to the main living area, primary suite, two additional bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, deck and screened porch. The third floor offers two more bedrooms and a loft area with pool table. There's also a nearby in-season trolley stop to downtown Bethany Beach (fee required). Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 4 TVs (all flat-screens), 4 Blu-rays, pool table, outside shower, gas grill, Wifi.
Things to Know
Recreation passes for use of the pool and tennis courts are $30 per person per week or $10 per person per day, as of 2024, and may be purchased at the Clubhouse near the back pool. Guests will be required to provide a copy of their lease at the Clubhouse when purchasing recreation passes. Recreation pass fees are subject to change at any time by the community
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

We looked at a number of possible rentals for our first multi generational vacation. To keep costs down, we expanded our search and found this house. We found great value for the price. Having 2 community pools and a resident parking pass for Bethany Beach were great value adds. The space always laid out nicely and there was very ample storage. The kitchen was very well stocked.
The only drawbacks were minor. At this price point, we did not expect perfection. Some rugs/carpets had stains. The deck could use a good power washing. Other than that, the house was great.

Good value for to cost. It was clean, but some rugs/carpets have some stains. The amenities were great with 2 pools, tennis/pickleball courts, and a resident parking pass.The management company responded quickly with answers when I had questions…bth before and during our stay.

We loved the space this house provided, with a wonderful screened in porch. It was very close to the beach, a bike ride or car ride away with residential parking included. There was a logistical issue with checkout where the house locked early, causing some of our belongings to be left behind. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

Lots of space, four adults and four teenagers fit just right. Nice rear enclosed deck. Near a stop for the free Bethany trolley.
