Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Traveling with family of 4. Condo had plenty of space for us all, including separate bedrooms for my 2 teen kids. Linens and towels were included which was a huge plus. Kitchen wasn’t stocked with much by way of basics (spices, etc) for cooking but plenty of plates, bowls, pots and pans. Great TV. Best part was the view and access to the beach. Went to sleep every night to the sound of the ocean. Was a wonderful home base for our vacation.

My family had a nice stay. The place was just the right size and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was the best. Kids loved how easy it was to go down to the beach and how close it was to the indoor pool.

Condo had everything we needed for a perfect week at the beach! Easy to communicate with the owner with questions leading up to the vacation. Supplied clean linens and towels - bonus.
