Vacation Rental Description:
Enjoy a relaxing escape in this well furnished 6th floor oceanfront condo located in the Farragut building. This newly renovated unit features a modern kitchen.
Brand new additions for the 2026 season include, Full-size stackable Washer & Dryer, new HVAC system, new Hot Water Heater, and brand new sofa and chair in the living room.
Sixth floor, renovated beachfront condo with a balcony and
breathtaking view of the ocean. It overlooks a large heated pool and children's
pool. Elevator access and a few steps from the sand.
Easy walking access to Edgewater fitness center and indoor pool with shuttle service to Sea Colony's world-class tennis facilities and Fitness Center with Olympic sized pool.
Rental includes a covered reserved covered parking space near the building entrance. Rolling carts are provided near the parking garage for moving luggage. This unit is available for rent from Saturday to Saturday. Max Occupants: 6 adults
Parking Notes: Assigned Parking space: Guests are reminded to place their parking permit on their dash when parking in Sea Colony. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 9:00 a.m. on checkout day. Each property has one assigned parking spot. If you have a second vehicle you may park in any unassigned parking space. Please note that unassigned parking spaces (for a second vehicle) are not guaranteed and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Please read the amenities list for what is included and not included. Linens are NOT included, but may be rented from our cleaning company up to 1 week prior to your arrival. We do not provide consumable products such as dishwashing soap, toiletries, paper products or other similar supplies.

This property was amazing! We have stayed in multiple locations at Sea Colony and this one was our favorite. The view was spectacular. Check in and out was easy. The room came with everything we needed for our stay. It was quite spacious and nicely accommodated our family of four. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great visit - perfect location in Sea Colony with an amazing view. We enjoyed the pool and loved that we could see the pool from the unit. The new kitchen is great. Bill was very responsive and had a lovely visit despite some not great weather.Minor updates that would be helpful for guests - a broom/dustpan for guest use, a better comforter for the main bedroom, and a thicker cutting board.
