The property and room are amazing and very comfortable
We arrived in the middle of the night because of the ferry coming from another island. We had some issues contacting the check in responsible even if we were told to call before arrival, them being long aware we were coming late. We had no drinking water in the flat even if we were told not to drink from the tap and not warned to bring some with us in advance

Everything - the location, decor, the staff, all of it. José is the manager there and he really organised everything we needed with transparent pricing. Very honest man. I would 100% stay here again when I come back to Sal
Nothing. Everything I thought would be a problem like key handover at midnight, getting a last minute whale watching tour and car rental (these sell out quick), evening check-out were no issue in the end thanks to Jose and Katlantik

Jose did a Great service and always easy to contact. The decoration was nice.
We stayed at the Apartment ground floor at it was super noisy because of some Filter or Generator outside in the floor. Also the Garden view was Kind of joke because it was a view of a Trash Place and all the Trash was flying around. Also that there are a lot of Building stations should be announced in the Booking Informations.
